MiiVerse is shutting down

Nintendo has announced that MiiVerse will be shutting down.

Nintendo has announced that MiiVerse will be shutting down, along with Wii U Chat and Nintendo TVii on November 8th, 2017 in Japan. It is unsure if it will be shutting down outside of Japan at this time. Sadly, this means that a vast majority of online features for online 3DS and Wii U games will cease to function due to many of them requiring MiiVerse, such as Resident Evil Revelations online features where you can become a monster and taunt other players through MiiVerse.

End of an era!

I have been a gamer since the 90s. I mostly pay attention and cover horror, simulation, retro games and ports with some exceptions. My favorite game of all time is The Sims Bustin Out.
